  • Once you book, you’ll receive a short form to fill out about your current situation and goals. This helps us make the most of your hour together.

  • This call isn’t for advanced athletes looking for periodised programming or anyone after a long-term coaching package. I do offer that separately, but this is a focused one-hour consultation to get you clear on your next steps.

  • No. Just fill out the form and be ready to talk honestly about what’s been working (and what hasn’t). Bring any notes, training logs, or examples if you want.

  • You’ll receive a clear, personalised summary of what we discussed—including next steps and guidance. It’s not a full coaching program, but you’ll know exactly what to do next.

  • Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. If something changes, just let me know in advance.

    Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. This protects my time and also helps you stay accountable to your goals.
