  • Yes.

    If you have injuries or mobility limitations, your program will be adapted accordingly. If you're dealing with an active injury, I recommend consulting a physiotherapist first and sharing their guidance with me so we can keep your training both safe and effective.

  • Everyone’s timeline is different.

    Many people notice improvements in energy and routine within the first few weeks. Visible changes in strength or body composition typically begin within 8–12 weeks with consistent effort.

    Your starting point, consistency, sleep, and lifestyle all play a role.

    I generally recommend committing to at least three months, as meaningful progress compounds over time.

  • Structured Coaching

    Once you sign up, you’ll immediately receive a short onboarding form where you’ll share details about your goals, training experience, schedule, and any injuries or limitations.

    You’ll also be asked to send:

    • Starting progress photos

    • Two short exercise videos so I can assess your current technique

    This helps me understand exactly where you’re starting from so I can build your personalised training plan properly.

    Once I’ve reviewed everything, I’ll create your program and nutrition guidance so you can begin training.

    High-Touch Coaching

    High-Touch Coaching begins with a paid consultation call to make sure it’s the right fit for both of us.

    If we decide to move forward, the cost of the call will be credited toward your first month of coaching.

    From there, you’ll complete the same onboarding steps as Structured Coaching (form, starting photos, and form videos), after which I’ll build your personalised training plan and we’ll schedule your first check-in.

  • Payments are taken monthly on a recurring basis starting from the day you sign up.

    There are no long-term contracts—it’s a flexible rolling plan you can cancel anytime.

    If you cancel, you’ll continue receiving full coaching support until the day before your next billing date.
